Trekking Itinerary

Day 01: First day Arrival in Kathmandu and pick up in international Airport and welcome greet to Nepal with a flower garland and Transfer to Hotel Traditional by private transport and check in your hotel and trek briefings and overnight Hotel.

Day 02: Trek preparation and evening trek briefings. o/n hotel.

Day 03: From Kathmandu to (JEERI)190 km by bus you can
See from on the way Gaurishankar, Rolbaling, and many other peaks, mountain views and many different caste, village and people. But it takes 9 to 10 hrs to get to Jeeri. Jeeri is located at the height of 1860m from sea level. we will prepare pack lunch especially for you, we will order it from hotel because if the food on the way by bus is not good then you may have stomach problem. you have to stay in Jeeri in lodge over night we will take Dinner there.

Day 04: In morning about 7 o'clock you have to take Break-fast and after Break fast trekking starts from Jeeri you have to climb slide up about 2 hours on the way there is thin forest and some villages then you get to Mali Danda which is very nice view point from there you can see mountain, villages and nice valley views. from here you follow down hill to Shivalaya one and half hour. Shivalaya is in Khimti river side. To get to Shivalaya you have to cross suspension Bridge. Shivalaya is a simple town with Newar and sherpa people. You will take lunch here and after lunch you should start climbing first there is steep up about 1hrs and slide up about 1 and half hour and you get to KHASHRUBAS you will stay here in Lodge from here you can see valley views its height is about 2500m.

Day 05: khashru bash to Sete (2580m) 7 hours walk.

Day 06: Sete to Junbesi (2670m) 6 1/2 hours walk.

Day 07: Junbesi to Nunthala (2330m) 6 hours walk.

Day 08: Nunthala to Basa (1600M. 5 hours walk disending and stay at Niru home..

Day 09: day excuration village and school visiti and evening local drinking party with villager.

Day 10: Basa to Kharikhola (2040m) 6 / 7 hours walk.

Day 11: PUIYA (2785M.)
A cross the kharikhola the trail climbs steeply about (600m.) to kharte at (2575m.) crosses a Ramite and climbs abruptly to the pass at kharitham at (2990m.) Descend almost (205m.) on a loose rocky trial to reach PUIYA in about 2 hours from the pass.

Day 12: PHAKDING (2610M.)
Descend to Dudh koshi passing through surkya about 2 ½ hours from puiya then cross the stream and commence a long climb over the northern ridge to reach Muse in an hour and chauri kharka Just 15 minutes beyond with phakding 2 hours from here.

Day 13: NAMCHE BAZAR (3440M.)
The trial crosses and re-crosses the Dudh kopshi through the villages of Benkyar, monjo, and Jorshalle then climbs steeply 600m. To the market town of Namche Enjoy Saturday market there.

Day 14: Rest day. Our sight seeing Namche bazar and about ½ hour walk up hill to sagarmatha national park museum in side the house out side this is one of the viewing point for Khumbu valley and Mt. Everest, lhotse, Nuptse, Thamsherku, Kusumkhang, khangteka, Amadablam, Islanpeak, Touché, cholache and backside kongde RI, Tenggiritau, Nup lho shar, pacharmo, Tengi Ragitau, Langmocheri, seeing very nice panoramik view.

Day 15: TENGBOUCHE (3800m): About 5 and ½ hours walk up hill about 15 minutes and straight/flat way this is a best view point of north side and East side and east side is Dudhkoshi river valley, and 2 hours to get the place of Sanasha which is the Junction way to Khumjung and Gokyo valley and Tengbouche it is also a good view point of all round mountains from here the way is decently about 1 hour and cross the Dudhkoshi suspension bridge and Lunch break will be here and up hill 2 hours to get Tengbouche.

Day 16: PHERICHE (4200m): About 6 hours walk In the morning before your breakfast you will see very nice round view even from inside of your room but much better is going outside for seeing round the best view MT. Everest and Lohtse and Nuptse and also you can join the biggest monastery in solukhumbu region which is in the Tengbouche you can join in the prayer in the monastery in the morning gathering together with many Lamas and monks. After you will enjoy view and praying monastery back to hotel and after breakfast you will start the trek. The trek this day from here gently descent with Jungle view and then Dudhkoshi river before the Pangbouche will cross the bridge which is very interesting to cross because it’s very narrow and deep. After bridge gently up to get first Pangbouche village and zigzag flat. We will have lunch in Somare and after lunch gently up and Pheriche pass which is 4400m and 15 minutes down hill cross again the bridge and 15 minutes flat to get Pheriche. Here in Pheriche is Himalayan sickness hospital also if you will feel altitude sickness then you can go to hospital after you reach there and the doctor will check up your health and also they will advice you better to go continue or rest or go back etc. and overnight here in Lodge.


Day 17: LOBUCHE (4910m) 5 hours walk this day after breakfast you will start the trek at first 1 hour way is flat and slightly up with round mountains view and then the valley view with river view. And going uphill 1 and ½ hours crossing bridge again and get Thukla here is 2 tea houses at the height of 4600m. You will have lunch break here and after lunch about ½ hours is steep up to get the grave yard of the persons who died in Mt. Everest and also this place is very nice view point for all round mountains, from here the way go flat and slightly up and flat to get Lobouche. Here is the settlement of about 7 to 8 lodges, Overnight in good Lodge.

Day 18: Excursion to Kalapatther (5550m) for magnificent views of the major eastern Himalayan peaks including Everest B.C. Return to lobuche. O/nt in nice lodge.


Day 19: Trek to TENGBUCHE (3900m) 6 and 1/2 hours walk.
Easy walk down the imja khola to pangboche then a short climb to this famous monastery.

Day 20: Trek to NAMCHE (3440m.) 5 hours walk
Down the Dudh koshi, phunggu thyangga and a climb up to the shanasha from here slide down to the Namche bazaar have look market from early morning to until 2 and 1/12 afternoon. If we will be on Saturday because only here is the weekly Saturday market, In this market all those things for selling is brought from low far down villages 5 to 7 days they carry continue up to here for selling.

Day 21: LUKLA (2800m.) 7 hours walk Continue down the Dudh koshi to the mountain airstrip, In Lukla overnight in nice Lodge.

Day 22: KATHMANDU
30 minutes flight to Kathmandu and transfer to your hotel.

Day 23: Departure Transfer to International Airport.
